Pedro Celis joined the office as a Research and Writing Specialist in 2016. After receiving his bachelor's degree from Davidson College, he graduated with honors from the University of Washington School of Law. During law school, he served as the President of the Latino Law Students Association and the Managing Articles Editor for the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts. Mr. Celis began his career serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Ronald Cox at the Washington State Court of Appeals.
