Chad D. Edwards is the Computer Systems Administrator for the Federal Public Defender Western District of Michigan. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University where he studied Information Systems. While at Grand Valley he was selected to conduct university funded research in wireless technologies and autonomic computing. Mr. Edwards is an active participant in the Federal Defender Information Technology Assessment Team and also the yearly technology conference for Federal Defenders.

Mr. Edwards was previously employed by the Executive Office for United States Attorneys and assigned to the United States Attorneys Office for the Western District of Michigan in their Information Technology department. Mr. Edwards has also worked for Muskegon City Hall in Information Technology. Mr. Edwards is also the Information Technology Manager for the Federal Bar Association for the Western District of Michigan.
